a) buy RETAIL through your SHOP tab

b) sign up as a WHOLESALE CUSTOMER or WELLNESS ADVOCATE through your JOIN & SAVE tab in the beginning ONLY before you have your form set up (see below)

This link is a great quick start for;

a) Setting up your two placeholders (see training)

b) Signing up friends or family immediately

For your business long-term we highly recommend you do not use this referral link and instead you do the following:

a) Set up a form on Google Forms based on the following template: Wholesale Customer

(do not link to this form, it is for template purposes only)

Have your new WA or WC complete this form, choosing the kit they like, then call them for their credit card CVV to process transaction.

Optional: Register for a Shopify Account and put our custom kits on a shop for people to buy or if you have your own website already, add a shop to this site and add in our custom kits

Why? Because doTERRA’s website is difficult to navigate and our Clean Living custom kits are not shown on the doTERRA website. We created these. For this reason we enroll all WA and WC manually via our back office. We take their details via a custom form that each of us create either on our own websites or via Google Forms if we do not have a website.

Login at: www.mydoterra.com using the ID and password in the email from doTERRA when you joined.

REGISTER A NEW PERSON

To register a new Wellness Advocate (sharer or builder) or Wholesale Customer, please do the following:

a) Create a new Google Form that is linked to YOUR email address using this template: Wholesale Customer

b) Send this to your person OR sign them up over the phone manually via your Virtual Office

c) Login to your Virtual Office / Click on Wellness Advocate Services / Register A New Wellness Advocate - and follow the steps to enroll either a WA or WC using the information provided via the Google Form OR on the phone with your person.

(note: you have 14 days to move your new enrollment - see below)

PLACING YOUR NEW ENROLLMENT IN YOUR TREE

You have 14 days to move your new enrollment and ‘place’ them in your tree.

You will want to ‘place’ for either Power Of 3 Bonus or Rank

 How to edit your monthly wellness box (LRP)

Watch the below video training or follow the written instructions below

Log into your Virtual Office at www.mydoterra.com.

You will automatically be brought to the "Shop" page.

There will be a module outlined in purple that reads "Scheduled LRP Orders". Under the header, you will see a list of all active LRP orders associated with your account.

Click on the grey button that contains the LRP number of the LRP you are wishing to edit.

 From there, one can either:

  • Edit Items: Add Items by either;

    • 1) Clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button that is located on the bottom left of each page. From here, you will be able to browse through products and add them to their LRP order by selecting "Add to cart" or

    • 2) Typing the whole or partial name in the "Quick Add to Cart" option that is located on the top of the items area on the LRP page. When you are ready to view the totals of the order as it currently stands, select "View totals", which is located in the "Order Summary" module to the right of your items. If you are satisfied with the changes, click on "Save Changes". Your items have now been updated.

  • Edit Shipping: To change ship to address, select the "Edit" option located next to "Ship To" near the top of the page. Shipping method can be edited on the right hand side of the page in the order summary module.  

  • Edit Payment: To edit card information, select "Edit" located next to "Payment" near the top of the page. Here, cards can be edited, added, and deleted.


NOTE:

  • All Loyalty rewards orders must run the 1st-28th of the month.

  • Changes to LRP orders must be made before midnight (Mountain Standard Time) of the processing date.

  • LRP orders may be created or changed online. However, the last LRP Order cannot be canceled or deleted online. If you "zero out" your last LRP order online, the changes will not be saved and you will continue to receive your order. Please contact Member Services to permanently delete the last LRP template.

  • You can also order from the USA Store which opens up many more products to choose from. Simply click the radio button at the top right of your LRP box to select US Products and ‘Create A New LRP Order’ (so you can get shipping points credited back to you), then cancel this second LRP once the order has been processed.

SUBMIT A DIRECT DEPOSIT AUTHORISATION TO GET PAID YOUR COMMISSIONS

When you start sharing the oils, your compensation will be placed into your ‘AR Balance’ in the dashboard of your doTERRA back office.

You can use this balance to pay for future orders. 

To have your earnings deposited into your bank account instead, you’ll need to submit your Direct Deposit Authorisation form to doTERRA. 

If you live in Australia, you can find the form here. 

For other countries, go to doTERRA Tools > select your country > Forms > Direct Deposit Authorisation. 

Fill this form out online, save it to your desktop, and then email it to the email address stated on your specific form.
